Your Contest Entry must include your first and last name, address, email address, and your ten digit telephone number. One (1) entry per entrant for the duration of the contest. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry for the duration of this contest by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. The Prize winner is solely responsible for all expenses which are not specifically included in the applicable Prize description, including, but not limited to: travel expenses, meals, and alcoholic beverages.
