For Nottawasaga Resort's New Year's Eve 2008 event, the energy of the streets of New York were felt as you made your way to the headline production … The Grand Gala. Everywhere you turned you were immersed in the excitement of the city. The graffiti, the street performers, the break dancers... these all helped to build up to the emotion of a packed theatre. |

The evening began with an extraordinary buffet feast and a spectacular dessert display, guests were then invited to sit back and enjoy a taste of Broadway. The sensational show began with a look back at a spectacular Rockettes performance; followed by Roxy, the vivacious character of Chicago fame whose antics and quick wit made the crowd roar with laughter; ending with the booming percussive beats of Stomp. |

The night continued to rock with an energetic and entertaining performance by
“New Hollywood”, this band is renowned for keeping the dance floor jumpin’ and they did not disappoint. |
