Full-Time Positions

Rooms Division Manager
Description: Responsible for the daily operations of the front desk, reservations, night audit, and housekeeping staff.
Hours: Full-time. Variety of shifts.
Requirements: Strong analytical, communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills while remaining organized and focused under pressure to meet deadlines. You must process secondary education in Hospitality Management and have a minimum of 5 years relevant management experience.

Chef de Partie
Description: Prepare and cook food for a-la-carte and/or buffet service.
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week. Shifts will vary but will include weekends and holidays
Requirements: Candidates must have completed a recognized culinary program at a college or university and have the Canadian Inter-Provincial Red Seal or equivalent recognized in Canada.

Aquatics Supervisor
Description: Responsible for overseeing all pool related activities and maintenance, striving to maintain high quality educational programs as well as a high degree of safety in and around the pool at all times. Also setting goals outside the instructional program to promote increased pool usage. Ability to teach fitness classes are an asset.
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends. Must be flexible regarding hours of work.
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years teaching experience with the Lifesaving Society Water Safety Program. High degree of understanding of Ontario Public Pool Regulations. Excellent public relation skills. You must have a current NLS certificate and current CPR/First Aid. Having NLS examiner status would be an asset.

Server/Bartender - Banquets
Description: To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to banquet guests during banquet/catering functions ensuring the guest's satisfaction.
Hours: As you may be required for breakfast, lunch or dinner functions, your hours will vary week to week according to the schedule. Weekends and holidays are very busy.
Requirements: Experience in food service an asset. Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous bartending and Smart Serve certificate is required.

Service Bartender - Dining Room
Description: To provide prompt and courteous beverage service to employees guests under the AGCO regulations and within the Department of Health guidelines.
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Shifts could could be days or evenings and could include weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience is required. Familiarity with SilverWare Point of Sale software would be an asset. Smart Serve Certificate is required within the first two months of employment.

Front Desk Supervisor
Description: To be responsible for co-ordinating all front desk operations. This includes training and supervising all front desk staff to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures and to provide a high standard of service and hospitality through an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Hours: Full-time approximately 40 hours per week . Typical shifts would be 7:00am - 3:00pm and/or 3:00pm - 11:00pm or other variations, including 11:00am - 8:00pm. This would include working weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Minimum two years relevant hotel supervisory experience required Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience preferred but not necessary as full training is provided. You must be computer literate and experience with Royal Suite hotel software would be an asset. Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests.

Server - Inn Cafe
Description: To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests from the Menu or Buffet
Hours: Approximately 30-40 hours per week. Shifts could be days or evenings and include weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience is required. Familiarity with SilverWare Point of Sale software would be an asset. Smart Serve Certificate is required within the first two months of employment.

Laundry Attendant (Press)
Description: To ensure all laundry is pressed and folded correctly and placed on shelves for use.
Hours: - Approximately 30 hours per week. Day shifts including weekends.
Requirements: No experience required as full training is provided.

Room Attendant
Description: To prepare and maintain the guest bedrooms on a daily basis ensuring they are clean and tidy. (Strip linen, make the beds, empty and clean all garbage cans, dust all furniture, clean bathroom-tubs, sinks, mirror, taps and toilet, sweep and wash floors, vacuum carpets). Also special duties as assigned by supervisor.
Hours: Full-time including weekends. Every 3rd weekend off after initial two months. Start time 9:00am - 4:00/4:30pm on weekdays and 9:00am - 5:00/5:30pm on weekends.
Requirements: Previous experience is not necessary as full training is provided. Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests.

Restaurant Cook
Description: Prepare & cook food for a la carte and/or buffet service.
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week. Shifts can vary but will include weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Candidates must have completed a recognized culinary program at a secondary college or have equivalent experience.

Steward (Dishwasher)
Description: To be responsible for the operation of the dishwashing area and the dishwashing machine. Cleanliness of dishes, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils is vital to the efficient operation of the kitchen as is garbage removal, equipment, wall, table and floor cleaning.
Hours: 40 hours per week, evenings & weekend shifts.
Requirements: Previous cleaning experience an asset but not required as full training is provided.


Part-Time Positions

Server - Dining Room Days
Location: Day Dining Room
Description: To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
Hours: Approximately 8-30 hours per week. Shifts are days and include weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience is required. Familiarity with SilverWare Point of Sale software would be an asset. Smart Serve Certificate is required within the first two months of employment.

Arena Facility Operations Technician
Location: Arena
Description: Responsible for all aspects of facility building maintenance and Zamboni operation including meticulous ice maintenance, flooding, refrigeration plant operation, building maintenance, janitorial duties.
Hours: Approximately 8-24 hours per week. You will be required to work various shifts.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience is required. Familiarity with SilverWare Point of Sale software would be an asset. Smart Serve Certificate is required within the first two months of employment.

Junior Server - Inn Cafe
Location: Inn Cafe
Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning and setting of tables, station maintenance, cleaning and polishing of silverware, and providing general assistance to servers.
Hours: Approximately 6-16 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience an asset but not required as full training is provided.

Registered Massage Therapist
Description: We are searching for RMT’s who are reliable, energetic and customer focused.
Hours: Permanent part-time positions are available with excellent commission rates.
Requirements: Candidates must be registered and posses a degree from a Recognized Provincial Association.

Description: To exceed guest's expectations by delivering professional and efficient food & beverage service.
Hours: Approximately 6 - 20 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience is required as this is a full-service a la carte menu. Smart Serve certificate is required within first two months of employment.

Reception - Sports Desk
Description: You must be service oriented as you will interact with all customers entering the facility and you will be responsible for providing information on all available services.
Hours : Approximately 12-16 hours per week, mainly evening and weekend shifts, although some weekdays may be required.
Requirements : Excellent guest relation skills, basic computer skills, customer service experience and the ability to balance a cash float, are essential.

Server - Inn Cafe
Description: To provide prompt and courteous food and beverage service to guests from the Menu or Buffet
Hours: Approximately 8-30 hours per week. Shifts could be days or evenings and include weekends and holidays.

Babysitter (casual)
Description: We are currently looking for babysitters to baby sit on a casual basis for hotel guests. If you are responsible, CPR & First Aid trained, and are interested in being put on the list of on-call sitters, please contact us.
Hours: Unknown. Varies week to week.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests.


Seasonal Positions

Server/Bartender - Outdoor Outlets
Description: You will provide food and beverage services to golfers in one of the outlets or on a beverage cart. Some simple cooking skills are required.
Hours: Approximately 30 - 40 hours per week including weekends. You must be able to work until Thanksgiving Weekend.
Requirements: Excellent customer service skills are required to interact with guests. Previous experience preferred, but full training is provided. A Smart Serve Certificate is required and previous experience with SilverWare Restaurant Software is an asset. Some simple cooking skills are required. You are required to have a drivers licence and have a clean driving abstract to drive the beverage carts.

Players Assistant Supervisor
Description: To supervise the marshals and starters, making certain all tasks are being performed in accordance with the policies and regulations of the company, while working closely with Golf Management to make certain the preparation and on-course activities of all groups and tournaments are properly taken care of.
Hours: Shifts will vary within a 7 day week, daylight to dark.
Requirements: Must be familiar with all facets of the game of golf. Excellent customer service skills and previous supervisory experience required. CPR and first aid certification preferred.
