Date Night returns to the elegant Mahogany Room, where refined dining and timeless ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable evening.
Available Thursday evenings from August 6 to October 8, 2026 this thoughtfully curated three-course menu invites guests on a culinary journey inspired by global flavours, celebrating the vibrant bounty of summer and the richness of the early autumn harvest. Artfully prepared dishes balance international inspiration with beloved local favourites, creating a menu that is both familiar and exciting.
At just $39 per person, this exceptional dining experience offers remarkable value without compromising on flavour. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying an evening together, the Mahogany Room provides the perfect setting for meaningful conversation, impeccable cuisine, and memorable moments.

Holiday & Sunday Brunch
Brunch becomes a highlight of the day at Nottawasaga Resort, offering a delicious blend of classic favourites and imaginative twists. Chefs elevate familiar comfort dishes—pancakes, waffles, and more—into gourmet creations that delight every appetite. Featured entrées include Chicken & Waffle Stack, Eggs Benedict, Short Rib Mash, Crème Brûlée French Toast, and other irresistible options perfect for drizzling with maple syrup or rich hollandaise. Mimosas, Caesars, and specialty coffees add a festive touch to any morning.
Open to hotel guests and local visitors, Sunday Brunch is served from 11:00am to 1:00pm, with extended offerings on special holidays such as Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and New Year’s Day.

Sugar Plum Fair
Celebrate the magic of the season at the 43rd Annual Sugar Plum Fair Craft Show at Nottawasaga Resort, returning on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15, 2026. This beloved event showcases an exceptional collection of artisans and makers, drawing more than 6,000 visitors who come to discover one-of-a-kind handcrafted treasures and embrace the festive holiday spirit.

- Saturday, November 14, 2026: 9:00am – 5:00 pm
- Sunday, November 15, 2026: 10:00am – 4:00pm
Admission: $7.50 for adults; children 12 and under enter free. An onsite concession for snacks and lunch is available.
Whether attending for the first time or returning as part of a family tradition, guests can look forward to an inspiring lineup of talented vendors—both returning favourites and exciting new creators. More than 100 artisans from across Ontario will feature handcrafted chocolates, jams, cookies, sauces, quilts, candles, ceramics, stained glass, wreaths, folk art, woodwork, children’s toys, body care products, pewter pieces, Christmas décor, and countless other unique finds.
Accessibility: For a smooth and enjoyable visit to the Sugar Plum Fair, the 21,000 sq. ft. Resort Trade Centre offers full wheelchair accessibility, with elevator access through the Sports & Leisure Dome entrance. Stroller users may find afternoons more comfortable, as crowds lighten after peak morning hours, creating easier movement for families exploring the show.

Thanksgiving & Christmas Dinner
Escape the hustle and savour a relaxing holiday meal at the Nottawasaga Resort—where our culinary team takes care of every detail. Indulge in our gourmet Four-Course Table d’Hôte Dinner Experience this Thanksgiving or Christmas, featuring a comforting seasonal soup, crisp salad, succulent roasted turkey with all the trimmings, plus a slow-braised beef brisket, and a festive holiday dessert to finish. All you have to do is enjoy the moment—we handle all the cooking and the clean-up.

Celebrate the New Year as a family in the contemporary Riverview Room. We’ve got an exciting New Year’s Eve lined up with a delicious chef-curated dinner in the cozy Riverview Room PLUS family friendly activities! Come early and enjoy a fun Jungle Quest mini-golf adventure, face painting, inflatable axe throwing, and a visit from your favourite winter character Olaf during dinner that the whole family will love! Seatings are available from 5:00-8:00pm. Both guests and the public are welcome for dinner and the activities.
