Full Time Positions

Conventions Administrator

Description You will liaise with the Convention Coordinators to assist with function details. Will be completing contracts, answering phone calls, and completing general administration responsibilities regarding Convention functions.
Hours

Approximately 40+ hours a week. Typically, a Monday to Friday position with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Requirements

Must have 3 years relevant experience in a hotel/hospitality industry, be computer literate and very familiar with hotel computer software. Must be a team player and willing to assist others. Second language is an asset.

Guest Service Agent

Description To be responsible for all front office related functions in an efficient and professional manner, while maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality. This position involves working at the front desk, reservations and on occasion the switchboard. Make reservations for guests and provide information about the property and its facilities for all inquires. Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
Hours

Approximately up to 35-40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts include 7:00am start to 11:00pm finish.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required, and you must be computer literate.

Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Co-ordinator

Description To assist the Human Resources Manager and team by providing operational Human Resources services to the Resort. Role includes, full cycle high volume recruitment, onboarding, management of WSIB and Return to Work Program, and general admin support.
Hours

Full time.

Requirements

Must have 3-5 years previous Human Resources generalist experience. Post graduate diploma in Human Resources required, CHRP designation is an asset. Fully certified JHSC member preferred. Knowledge of current employment laws. Ability to display integrity and ensure privacy and confidentiality of information. Strong presentation, written, and verbal skills. Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization. Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently. Computer literacy, including all Microsoft products required. Attention to detail in all areas of work. Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines. Independent and self-motivated; customer service-oriented team player. Hospitality experience preferred.


Part Time Positions
