Prenatal massage is a form of massage therapy designed for pregnant women to alleviate discomfort, reduce stress, and support the body’s physical changes. It uses techniques like Swedish massage to focus on areas strained by pregnancy such as the lower back, hips and legs. This massage employs side-lying or a special support cushion to ensure the safety and comfort of both the mother and baby.
